I have to admit, one of my guilty pleasures is watching the Formula One Grand Prix. This year the season has been affected by the whole Covid-19 thing. However, now it is underway and it has been a good start. The British Grand Prix has to have had one of the most exciting finishes in a long while.
Lewis Hamilton on his last lap gets a flat tyre. Yet manages to hold onto first position and take the chequered flag. Afterwards Hamilton said, "You may find this surprising, but at the end of the race I felt very calm."
When we know that we have got everything in place, when we have the right attitude we can stay calm in the most challenging of situations. Now, you may think that it is ok when you are part of a multi-million pound team, with the best in the field backing you. However, at the end of the day, the ability to stay calm, to be the best we can be does not come from the best mechanics, the best engineers, or the best team. It comes from within.
So, how do you manage to get past that finish line?
What can you do to make sure when aiming for that new goal you take the chequered flag?
One of the best tools that I have ever discovered to get passed personal blocks, generate the best mind set and succeed is Self Hypnosis.
Self Hypnosis puts you behind the wheel, you get to maintain your optimum mindset allowing you to make changes, run your own team and take control of gettnig you passed the finish line.
There are certain things that are best to see a hypnotist for, however, self hypnosis can help you achieve goals, overcome limiting thoughts and belief, increase confidence, positivity and relaxation. What is more it does not take months and years of practice to get results, you can literally start making changes the moment you start to practice.
One of the things I love when teaching The Magic of Self Hypnosis course is that people notice the differences almost immediately. Just imagine being able to get yourself into the best mind set for that interview, becoming socially more confident.
Self Hypnosis does not just help us make changes it can also be a way of contacting our own inner expert, the unconscious mind, to help problem solve and make decisions. We can set up communication with the unconscious mind, just like an F1 driver has direct contact to his engineer and team in the race, able to make subtle changes and decide the best way forward to success.
If you would like to explore the power of your unconscious mind, take control and feel good, I will be running the Magic of Self Hypnosis course on the 22nd and 23rd of August. To book a place visit HERE.
Run online via Zoom, over two days you will learn how to enter hypnosis, how to communicate with your unconscious mind and much more.
